We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please order only products that you know and use because at this time we do not accept returns.

What will we do?

OrderBeauty.Com will accept items damaged in shipment only. Contact us and we will advise you on the process for making a claim. If it is determined that the item was damaged by the carrier we will seek out reimbursement from them and replace your product free of charge.
If it is determined that the item has been used and has not been damaged we will not replace the item and we will not accept the return.

Product substitutions:
OrderBeauty.com reserves the right to make substitutions in size of product available. Whatever size(s) are substituted, it will only be done so that the result is a savings to the customer!

In order for us to allow express shipping we would have to hike our product pricing and contract with one of the superior carriers which can be costly.
